tbh I want a headcanon where Sherlock had a crush on Donovan when they first met but he ended up being an asshole and she rejected him and he’s the reason why they’re not cool 

Like Sherlock would be really attracted to her intelligence and her confidence and he’d try to compliment her and he’d end up saying something rude or creepy like “You’re not unintelligent” or “you’re not aesthetically offensive today” and Sally would be really put off by it but she’d try to keep it professional and maintain a casual acquaintanceship with him

and he would always try to impress her at work by being a complete arrogant asshole and she’d hate it because he’d just be a jerk to try to look good

and then one day he asks her to grab a cup of coffee and she says that she’s not interested in him and he just turns into an even bigger asshole to her and call her out of her name

you know what 

I’m just gonna stick to that from now on because I’d rather have that than all the headcanons that say Sally’s bitter because she was rejected by him

Fun fact: during the filming of Reichenbach, the part where Moriarty shoots himself is REAL. The gun’s safety wasn’t on, and when Andrew Scott pulled the trigger, he actually ended up shooting himself in the head. Benedict didn’t know how to react, but like the brilliant actor he is, he reacted IN CHARACTER, which was perfectly appropriate for Sherlock. Medics rushed to the set and Andrew was revived. He stated he remembered being in heaven, and he heard Benedict telling him to come back. Wow, the cast is fucking incredible. :)
